Exhibits Information & Guidelines
The New Hampshire Bass Fest invites you to be an exhibitor at our upcoming event to be held at Manchester Community College in Manchester, NH, June 25 - 28, 2008. We anticipate an excellent turnout of students, professionals, and teachers. Numerous distinguished guest artists, performers, and educators are scheduled to appear. This year our exhibit booths will open on Friday and Saturday, June 27th & 28th.
As with every successful event of this type, we know that attendees consider exhibits to be an integral part of their experience. The exhibit space for NHBF 2008 will be situated in an area of high attendee traffic.
Information on becoming a NHBF exhibitor and/or advertiser is outlined below. Please reserve your booth by April 1, 2008 to insure your inclusion in the festival program. Make your reservation early as space is limited and is sure to go quickly!

BOOTH: Includes one 8' draped table, two chairs, and booth identification sign.
COST $400
SET UP TIME : No earlier than Wednesday, June 26th, 11 a.m.
EXHIBIT HOURS: Friday, June 27 - Saturday, June 28, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
TEAR DOWN: Complete by Saturday, June 28, 6:00pm
SHIPPING Exhibitors shipping displays to the NHBF should schedule packages to arrive no earlier than June 15. Label crates on all four sides. Send to NHBF 145 North Rd. Candia, NH 03034. Exhibitors must make their own arrangements to label their goods to be picked up and shipped out no later than the following Monday, June 30. Questions? Contact NHBF at the address above.

NHBF 2008 Exhibit Guidelines and Regulations
APPLICATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE - Applications can be made in writing or by email / phone and must be accompanied by payment in full. Booth/space assignments shall be made on a first come, first-served basis.
CONTRACT FOR SPACE - The application for space and the formal notice of assignment by the NHBF constitutes a contract for the right to use the space allotted. In the event of fire, strike or other uncontrollable circumstances rendering the building unfit or unavailable to use, the contract shall not be binding.
CONSTRUCTION OF EXHIBITS - All exhibits must be arranged so as not to obstruct the view or interfere with other exhibits.
RESTRICTIONS IN USE OF SPACE - No exhibitor shall reassign, sublet or share his or her allotted space without the knowledge and consent of the NHBF exhibits manager.
CIRCULATION AND SOLICITATION - Circulars or advertising matter of any description should be distributed within the booth assigned to the exhibitor presenting such material.
NOISE-MAKING EXHIBITS - Exhibits that include the operation of musical instruments or audio equipment should be conducted or arranged so that the noise resulting from demonstrations will not unnecessarily disturb adjacent exhibitors and their patrons.
DISMANTLING - The exhibitor agrees not to dismantle or do any packaging before final closing of the exhibit.
INSURANCE & SECURITY - The exhibiting firm acknowledges that the NHBF has no responsibility for the exhibitor's property, and the exhibitor takes full responsibility for all risks to the property that the exhibitor brings to the exhibition. However, the NHBF will provide security in the exhibit area overnight, and locking rooms to secure products and instruments if exhibitors wish. The NHBF strongly encourages exhibitors to lock up valuable instruments, accessories, etc. at the end of each exhibit day.
